- 1.5 ounces Cascade for 15 minutes

- 1 ounce Hallertau for 15 minutes

- 1 ounce CFJ-90 Dry hop

- Yeast: 2nd generation Chico Ale

- Boil: 75 minutes
O.G.: 1.102 at 70 degrees

Priming: .5 cup corn sugar, and fresh yeast

the bottel, nice level of sweetness, hops stay around a LONG
time.
