Hash Brown Casserole

Note: I know this is not how Jeannie makes it but I had the recipe she gave me. She does not use hash browns but uses sliced potatoes instead. Call her at: 251-2987 or email to : landho@ibm.net

2 lbs. Hash browns, thawed
½ c onion
½ c. butter melted
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Pepper
1 pt. Sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c shredded cheddar
2 c cornflakes (crushed)
¼ c butter (melted) to pour over top.

Bake at 350 for 45-60 mins. Makes one 13 x 9 pan
