Macadamia Dip

I do this by trial and error.  Here is as close as I can get it:

1 8 oz. low or non fat cream cheese, softened
2-3 tsps. horseradish
1/2 of a large jar of fat free dried beef, Cut up with scissors in small pieces.
lots of garlic, to taste
Sour cream, fat free or low fat, about 3/4 cup or til nice consistentcy
Chopped onion about 1/4-1/3 cup

I mix this all together.  Chop up 1/2 cup macadamia nuts in coarse pieces, not too fine, and add about 1 of those small packages of butter you get with meals, like a small pat.  Microwave to mix well, about 1 min.  Pour on top of dip in a ovenproof dish.  Bake about 20 min at 350 or til bubbly and nuts are golden.

Hope this helps.  I don't measure, I just dump.  You can microwave this too if you like or if its hot.

The original recipe has green pepper in it but I don't always have it around.  Serve on sourdough bread.
